What Youll Do
Analyze clinical and non-clinical healthcare data related to maternal health
Develop and interpret statistical reports using tools like SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, and Excel
Create visualizations and static/motion charts to communicate findings
Prepare forecasts and actionable insights for program planning and evaluation
Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven initiatives
Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity throughout analysis processes
Provide technical guidance and support to research analysts and team members
What You Need
Required:
Bachelors degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, Excel)
Valid Oklahoma drivers license
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience with maternal health data, biostatistics, epidemiology, or bioinformatics
Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
Experience with Medicaid/SoonerCare data and claims analysis
Data visualization skills (Tableau, Lumira, Design Studio)
Public speaking and presentation experience
