As part of EyeMed, you'll play a crucial role in setting up benefit plans for Managed Vision Care clients, ensuring efficient and accurate product configurations. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure managed vision care products using both manual and automated methods.
• Ensure product configuration accuracy and troubleshoot issues using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Account Managers to maintain a cohesive working environment.
• Recommend process and system enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Support management with training activities and serve as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a core claims administration system.
• At least 2 years' experience writing SQL queries and data analysis in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments independently or in a team.

Preferences

• 3 years' experience in Healthcare Operations.
• Experience with claim adjudication for member and provider reimbursements.
• Familiarity with the Facets platform and Medicare/Medicaid programs.
