Data Analyst

Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The Data Analyst supports business reporting and analysis needs by building and maintaining dashboards, writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data, and translating business questions into clear, actionable insights.
 
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to meet reporting needs
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Perform data analysis and research to answer business questions
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into dashboard/data solutions
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, escalating as needed
• Maintain documentation of calculations, definitions, and data quality checks

 
Qualifications:

• SQL (required — querying and data extraction, not schema/database administration)
• Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data a plus
• Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages a plus
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5-7 years of relevant experience.

 
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
