Position: Business Data Analyst
Location: Plano, TX Hybrid: 2 days a week for now but eventually it can be 4 days a week(M/T).

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, with a strong ability to tell compelling stories using data.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identify and understand business needs, uncovering the key questions that drive meaningful analysis
- Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, and organize data for analysis
- Analyze data to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative impacts of potential business decisions
- Develop actionable recommendations supported by data insights
- Present findings through clear storytelling using PowerPoint, Tableau, and written/verbal communication
- Create effective data visualizations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement solutions and measure outcomes
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
