Data Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $36-46 Per HR
Description
This position involves analyzing and interpreting data to support operational and executive decision-making in a fully onsite environment. The role requires building and maintaining reporting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams using various data visualization and database technologies. The Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency while providing insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards for performance visibility.
- Develop interactive dashboards with self-service capabilities for various filtering options.
- Prepare reports and support stakeholders with insights for business reviews and presentations.
- Write, maintain, and optimize queries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in data analytics.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
- Experience building advanced workbooks, including forecasting models and tracking templates.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and management systems for data validation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and data presentation abilities.
