Contract Remote Role | Data Analyst (Power BI)
Duration: 2 month contract with possible extension
Pay Range: 50-55/hour on w2

Job Description:
A Data Analyst collects, cleans, and analyzes data to identify trends and patterns that inform business decision-making. They work with large datasets, employing statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and machine learning tools to uncover actionable insights. Data Analysts play a crucial role in helping businesses make informed decisions about their products, services, and marketing campaigns.Job duties include collecting and cleaning data from various sources, performing data analysis using statistical methods and software, creating reports and presentations to communicate findings, and developing data-driven solutions to business problems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel
Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling
Expertise in data cleaning and preprocessing techniques
Data visualization proficiency using tools like Tableau or Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills for data-related challenges
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Optional skills that may be helpful for a Data Analyst include programming skills in languages such as Python or R, knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, experience with cloud computing platforms, and domain knowledge in specific industries.
A Data Analyst should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibit attention to detail, and possess a strong curiosity and passion for data analysis. They play a critical role in uncovering insights that drive effective decision-making and business success.

Must Have:

3+ years of reporting and data analysis experience with Power BI.
3+ years of strong experience in managing Data Warehousing and Power BI Projects
Experience in developing reporting and reusable datasets on a Power BI Premium tenant
