Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Data Analyst - Python, SQL for their Hartford, CT /Hybrid location.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with proven expertise in Python and SQL (large dataset handling, complex joins, aggregations, performance optimization).
Experience working with large-scale datasets for data quality assessment, reconciliation, or cleansing.
Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts - entitlements, user groups, roles, access certification strongly preferred; SailPoint experience a plus.
Ability to identify data anomalies, inconsistent access patterns, and policy violations within complex datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present to stakeholders.
Experience supporting Data Governance initiatives (policy definition, data stewardship, access review frameworks).
Exposure to identity governance tools beyond SailPoint is a plus.
