Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst/QA Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system quality, and application reliability through comprehensive testing, analysis, and platform support activities.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Analyst/QA Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Execute manual and automated testing activities across Salesforce, banking, logistics, and enterprise applications to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, database, and API testing while identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.

• Support Salesforce administration activities, including user management, reporting, workflows, platform support, and Resource Management/PPM processes.

• Analyze application data and SQL databases to validate business requirements, data accuracy, and system functionality.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Salesforce Administration, and Enterprise Application Testing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Manual and Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, SQL, and API Testing.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator with experience supporting Salesforce platform administration, user management, reporting, workflows, defect management, and end-to-end testing in enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
