Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong passion for leveraging data to drive decisions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights. This individual will play a key role in identifying quality issues, supporting problem resolution, and enabling data-driven decision-making across engineering and product teams within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze data using both fundamental and advanced statistical techniques to support quality improvement initiatives
Identify emerging product quality issues and contribute to early detection, forecasting, and predictive insights
Structure, model, and interpret data to support problem-solving and business decision-making
Work with multiple data sources, including warranty data, vehicle data, customer feedback, and manufacturing data
Partner with product quality leaders to provide insights and recommendations that improve product performance and uptime
Develop and implement analytical methodologies to enhance quality tracking and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data engineers, data architects, and data scientists
Support the implementation and deployment of advanced analytics solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and tools
Communicate findings through clear data storytelling to ensure the voice of the customer is represented
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Experience working in a technical or manufacturing-focused quality environment
Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics, Jupyter Notebook, or Apache Spark
Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection
Proven ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches
Strong understanding of data modeling, data structuring, and analytics methodologies
Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies and techniques
Salary Range: 90,000 to 100,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
