Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in IT systems analysis, database administration, and enterprise application production support
- Proficiency in administering enterprise Snowflake data warehouses and Tableau Server or Cloud environments
- Experience with database programming, query optimization, and performance tuning using Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL
- Experience with UNIX and Linux operating systems, application administration, and shell scripting
- Experience in managing cloud computing environments and deploying services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with enterprise system integrations, web services, batch-processing workflows, and Java-based architectures
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate across technical teams
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure enterprise Snowflake warehouses, manage user roles, and optimize storage and compute utilization
- Manage Tableau Server and Cloud environments, overseeing user permissions, data source connectivity, and scheduled extract refreshes
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise application errors, batch processing failures, database issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks
- Partner with Solution Architects to design, document, and deploy technical application enhancements and modernization solutions
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, database scripts, and stored procedures to support accurate enterprise reporting
- Coordinate application software deployments, configurations, environment upgrades, and script verifications
- Maintain technical system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure platform reliability
