Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Analyze and process large volumes of enterprise data Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports Perform data validation, quality assurance testing, and root cause analysis Support ETL processes and data integration activities Troubleshoot production data issues and resolve data discrepancies Work with scheduling tools to automate batch processing Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support provider data initiatives Participate in project implementation and continuous process improvements Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunitiesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or related IT roles Strong experience with SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Data Validation, ETL Processes, Data Analysis & Reporting Experience with data manipulation and data mining.
