SUMMARY/DUTIES:
  • Data Analyst II will support Company Health Plan provider network data management, reporting, and data quality workflows
  • This role handles daily Salesforce service requests and grievances, profile change requests, PDI processing, AHP network management updates, and recurring monitoring reports
  • Duties include monthly directory extracts for vendor partners and online publication, PCP assignment issue tracking, GEO coding, dashboard reporting, PCP access reports, sales RFP and disruption reporting, QES network analysis, and ad hoc network data requests
  • The analyst will validate data, troubleshoot quality issues, support reconciliations and audits, document findings, recommend corrections, assist with system testing, and provide PDM implementation support as needed
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 2+ years recent relevant data analyst experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience with healthcare operations, provider network data, or integrated delivery system workflows
  • Experience with data accuracy, data quality monitoring, reconciliations, audits, and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Ability to analyze data variances, anomalies, service requests, grievances, and profile change requests
  • Ability to support application testing, release upgrades, dashboard reporting, and data management processes
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce service requests and grievance workflows
  • Experience with provider directory extracts, PCP assignment reporting, GEO coding, and access reports
  • Experience with sales RFP, disruption reporting, QES network analysis, surveys, or gap analysis
  • Experience supporting PDM implementation, HR upgrade testing, or peer training
  • Working knowledge of data modeling tools and data warehouse design concepts
