    Description

    Data Analyst
    Location: Schaumburg, IL (Onsite/Hybrid as required)
    Duration: 6–12 Months Contract
    Rate: DOE

    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Insurance Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of Travel Insurance products, policy structures, coverage terms, exclusions, perils, and claims processes.
    • Experience working with insurance policy administration systems and claims datasets.
    • Proficiency in:
      • SQL
      • Python
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Power BI and/or Tableau
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Generative AI (GenAI)
      • Large Language Models (LLMs)
      • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
      • Document Intelligence solutions
    • Ability to transform complex policy language into structured analytical insights and business recommendations.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
