This role centralizes reporting, automates dashboards, and conducts advanced analysis to optimize performance, improve guest experience, and support financial, operational, and sustainability goals. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KPIs, provide predictive insights, and support ROI-focused initiatives.\n \nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Centralize and streamline reporting across all departments.\n Design and automate dashboards to provide real-time operational and financial insights.\n Analyze data from systems such as Symphony, POS, and IoT devices to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.\n Provide predictive insights to improve guest experience, resource allocation, and performance.\n Conduct ROI analysis and support KPI alignment across teams.\n Perform financial and operational analysis (sales, costs, resource allocation, CAPEX/OPEX tracking).\n Translate data findings into actionable insights with clear visualizations and reports.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial tracking, sustainability initiatives, and performance monitoring.\n Recommend process improvements based on data-driven findings.\n Support guest experience initiatives by analyzing feedback, wait times, and satisfaction scores. \n Contribute to ongoing CAPEX/OPEX optimization and digital transformation projects. \n Support sustainability and performance goals through data-enabled solutions. \n Stay updated with industry tools, analytics best practices, and emerging data technologies. \n \nCANDIDATE'S PROFILE :\n \nQualifications Required:\n\n Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.\n \nExperience Required:\n\n 2\u20134 years' proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard automation.\n \nKey competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):\n\n Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration.\n Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).\n Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).\n Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\n Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.\n Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n High attention to detail and data.\n\n
