Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst Senior Tech for a Contract with a client in Mclean, VA. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, data integrations, and system workflows to support product delivery and drive successful technology solutions.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $74/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Analyst Senior Job Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business requirements, data flows, and system integrations to translate stakeholder needs into actionable product solutions and technical user stories.

• Lead data migration, modeling, and integration initiatives while ensuring alignment across upstream and downstream systems.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support Agile delivery.

• Create process flows, prototypes, and documentation to support solution design, business analysis, and product development activities.

• Perform data analysis using SQL, DB2, and PostgreSQL to support decision-making, troubleshooting, and product enhancements.

• Support Agile ceremonies, automation testing, and release activities while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst within mortgage, financial services, or related domains.

• Strong experience in data migration, data integration, data modeling, and advanced SQL querying with DB2 and PostgreSQL.

• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, technical user story creation, automation testing (Cypress), microservices architecture, APIs, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $74.00 per hour
