Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 5+ months 
Salary Range: $40-50/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction:
We are seeking a contractor Data Analyst to join our customer management data team. The role involves supporting the Alexandria Feature migration work stream. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will engage in data discovery, gap analysis, and developing SQL transformation logic for financial behavior features. This fast-paced project requires a strong analytical mindset, great learning agility, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various cross-functional teams to understand the current use cases of the features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in SQL, Databricks, Python, and GIT
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, analyze causes, and develop solutions
Effective communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Familiarity with Alexandria Feature Library is a huge plus
Prior experience at the company is preferred
