Job Summary

The Data Analyst supports Distributor Operations by analyzing data, creating reports, and providing insights that improve processes and decision-making. Reporting to the Data Team Manager, this role ensures data accuracy, streamlines workflows, and contributes to continuous operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Distributor Operations stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support projects and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
• Validate data integrity through routine audits and quality checks
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or operational data systems preferred
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
