Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Active listener, prioritizing understanding before contributing.

- Takes responsibility for having a thorough understanding of the proposed design for the solution in which they participate.
- Requests support to ensure they are complying with the design or making good design decisions in context.
- Asks for and understands performance expectations regarding the tasks they are assigned.
- Aware of the performance level of the deployed solutions.
- Identifies personal gaps and communicates them to leaders for support.
- Is diligent in the search for knowledge and actively works to close identified.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Delivers and maintains high-quality data reports and visualizations on time to the business.
- Collaborates with business partners to identify areas in which business intelligence efforts can add business value and delivers high-quality data visualization solutions.
- Interacts with relevant internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements for providing personalized data information.
- Analyzes data using the latest analytics and business intelligence techniques.
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in complex datasets to enable business to make data-driven decisions.
- Implements tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) that help data consumers extract, analyze, and visualize data faster through efficient data pipelines.
- Helps business define KPI rules and harmonize and reliably-track KPIs across the organization.
- Automates reports to improve efficiency and builds real-time refreshing reports to provide timely insights to businesses.
- Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboard reports and makes improvements to increase readability and usability.
