Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources such as sales, marketing, and customer databases.
- Develop and maintain data systems, databases, and dashboards to track and report on key metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide actionable insights to improve business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide support in data-driven decision making.
- Create and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
