About the Role:
We are seeking a senior Data Analyst with strong Healthcare Payer experience to support Claims, Appeals, and Call Center Operations Analytics. The role focuses on extracting and analyzing data across multiple enterprise applications, generating operational insights, and supporting reporting needs for business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has deep understanding of how Healthcare Payers operate, strong SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with Facets and Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple healthcare applications
- Develop and maintain operational and performance reports
- Analyze Claims, Appeals, and Call Center Operational Metrics
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical outputs
- Build analytical datasets using SQL
- Support reporting and dashboard initiatives (Power BI preferred)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Reporting
- Strong Healthcare Insurance / Payer Background
- Understanding of Claims Processing and Appeals Workflow
- Experience in Call Center / Operations Analytics
- Hands-on SQL expertise
- Experience with Facets
- Experience with Salesforce
