    THE POSITION: We are looking for a Data Analyst. The pay range we offer is $60,000 to $90,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.
    • We proudly offer comprehensive and competitive benefits programs to our employees and their families.
    • Medical – company pays 80-90% of employee costs, contributing to over half of the dependent premium.
    • Dental and Vision – company pays 60% of employee costs and 50% of dependent premiums.
    • FSA – Flexible Spending Account.

    • Employer-paid basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disability for eligible employees.
    • 401k Plan – day one eligibility; company match; fully vested – no waiting period.
    • Technicians are paid their base hourly rate as mileage compensation (50 miles = 1 hour).
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Work authorization (required).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately collect, organize, analyze, interpret and present large amounts of data.
    • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS or SAS for analyzing datasets.
    • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL) is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Independent work style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
    • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English.
    • Ability to track daily duties and time.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions. You will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working with large datasets.
    • Collect and analyze data from various sources such as databases, surveys, and other sources.
    • Develop models to identify trends and patterns in the data.
    • Interpret data to provide insights into business performance.
    • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Monitor industry trends and developments to inform decision-making.
    • Develop strategies for improving data collection processes.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of data analysis.
    • Stay up-to-date on new technologies related to data analysis.
