Role Summary:
The Data Analytics and Insights Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving analytics, and reporting related work across systems. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality, trusted insights that support operational efficiency, data governance, compliance, and decision-making. The position combines people and workstream management with advanced analytics, Power BI expertise, and the application of Agentic AI solutions to modernize reporting, automate insights, and scale data-driven outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage analytics, and reporting activities, ensuring effective execution and clear ownership across the workstream.
- Convert and modernize legacy reporting solutions to Power BI.
- Design, develop, and govern Power BI dashboards and semantic models to deliver actionable insights to business and operational stakeholders.
- Leverage Agentic AI solutions to automate data analysis, issue triage, and insight generation where applicable.
- Provide leadership oversight for ad hoc data extract and insight requests from supply chain and other business teams.
- Establish and maintain robust report documentation, standards, and best practices to support knowledge transfer, scalability, and continuity of operations.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership experience in data analytics, insights delivery, and workstream management.
- Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and applied automation for analytics and data operations.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and SQL skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc priorities while driving modernization and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to support executive and cross-functional engagement.
