Data & Analytics Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and consumer goods industry, is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to join their team. As a Data & Analytics Analyst, you will be part of the Sourcing - Kroger Labeled Products - OTC, Baby department supporting strategic decision-making and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data & Analytics Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $39.13 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Deliver data-driven insights and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Analyze cost structures and drivers to identify efficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support analytics needs and strategic initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
