Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analytics Consultant with strong P&C Insurance knowledge and analytical skills to support claims analytics, benchmarking solutions, predictive modeling, and data product development using Databricks and modern cloud analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Develop claims analytics and benchmarking solutions.
- Build and maintain data models using Databricks.
- Analyze insurance datasets and identify business insights.
- Support predictive modeling and analytical workflows.
- Collaborate with actuarial, business, and technology teams.
- Develop reusable data products and reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications - 1 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Understanding of Claims, Policy, Exposure, and Premium data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Actuarial Exams (SOA/CAS) progress or completion.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Cloud Analytics Platforms.
- Knowledge of Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, and Statistics.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to AI/ML solutions in Insurance.
