Job Overview

As a Data & Analytics Developer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between engineering domain data knowledge, business planning, operations, and IT execution. You'll define data requirements, structure data for optimal use, and unlock value through AI/ML solutions. Your work will support centralized business operations and deliver harmonized insights to stakeholders worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and ML development.
• Experience with scenario planning, what-if analysis, and machine learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and complex query interpretation.
• Ability to explore, clean, and integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Understanding of AI & advanced analytics, including semantic data models and forecasting.
• Experience in reverse engineering dashboards and models to understand data flows.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.

Preferences

• Experience with advanced ML/deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps, including model versioning and experiment tracking.
• Understanding of data governance principles and responsible AI practices.
