Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage analytics projects, develop reporting strategies, oversee data analysts, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and expertise in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the data analytics team, including goal setting, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and measure performance.
  • Manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for business decisions.
  • Drive automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, finance, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, analytics processes, and reporting standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading analytics teams.
  • Strong experience with SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools, reporting systems, and data management practices.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and performance analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, R, cloud data platforms, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience building analytics solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
