Pay Range: $55-65/hr W2

Job Description

The Data Analytics, Reporting & AI Automation Analyst will transform Procurement's Asana data and initiative pipeline into dynamic, decision-ready reporting and will integrate AI automation into daily workflows. The role combines hands-on dashboard development with creation of the Procurement SharePoint landing page and rollout of practical AI tools and training across the function.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and launch dynamic pipeline dashboards that give leadership visibility into progress, Tower health, needed interventions, and upcoming priorities.
• Develop a daily refresh capability so dashboards reflect the latest Asana data without manual rebuilding.
• Socialize the dashboard suite across Procurement stakeholders and gather feedback to guide iteration.
• Scope, design, build, and launch a centralized SharePoint site as the single source for Procurement content, reference materials, and resources, and drive adoption across the team.
• Keep SharePoint content current as the program evolves.
• Develop training materials for high-value AI use cases, including drafting sourcing documents, evaluating proposals, vendor communications, negotiation preparation, and savings analyses or dashboards.
• Host training sessions and recurring office hours to build team-wide AI fluency.
• Provide a starter library of prompts, templates, and workflows reusable for common procurement tasks.
• Identify and help implement automation opportunities within Asana, including data checks and approval flows, in partnership with the Asana Expert team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years in data analytics, BI or dashboard development, or reporting automation, ideally with procurement or finance data.
• Proficiency with a modern BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau, and strong Excel skills.
• Experience building SharePoint sites or pages for centralized content and team adoption.
• Practical experience applying generative AI tools to business workflows and the ability to train non-technical users.
• Comfort working with Asana as a live data source and translating messy inputs into clean, trustworthy reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical work to a non-technical executive audience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating Asana with BI tools and automations.
• Background in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Finance analytics.

Success Looks Like

• Leadership self-serves pipeline health and Tower status from live dashboards instead of requesting ad hoc reports.
• The SharePoint landing page is the default destination for Procurement resources.
• AI tools are actively used across the team for day-to-day procurement tasks.
