Pay Rate: $38 - $55/hr DOE
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools-such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services-across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.
Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs.
Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.
