Wellness and professional development opportunities.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBPerform a wide range of accounting and administrative activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Update and maintain information on Silver Key company databases and computer systems. Interpret data and tum it into information which can offer ways to improve business operations, thus affecting business decisions. Gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare daily deposits for Silver Key Senior Services and Silver Key Foundation - process cash onsite, checks and electronic paymentsMaintain cash control policies and aid in separation of dutiesRecord daily deposits in the general ledger system and daily bank tracking sheetProcess and record credit card payments and donations (ensure security of all sensitive information)Post and reconcile Home Delivered Meals payments in electronic systemReconcile payment between Home Delivered Meal electronic system and general ledgerReconcile petty cash and request reimbursement at least monthlyCreate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all responsibilitiesPrepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting informationAddress requests for information and dataProcess and resolve data errors and deficienciesExtensive data entry into multiple systems Prepare and modify reportsMaintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and proceduresEnsure the security and confidentiality of organizational and client dataAcquire data from primary or secondary data sourcesFilter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, and printouts to locate and correct problemsWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesGeneral clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, fax, and mailingVolunteer engagementOther duties as requiredREQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or EquivalentTwelve months related experience and/or training in data entry and analysisAccurate typing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programs emphasis on Microsoft Application such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.DESIRABLE, PREFERRED, OR SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree in finance, business, or accounting preferred but not requiredIntegrity and dependabilityWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and contribute to team objectiveAbility to manage time and multiple deadlinesPlanning and organizing Prioritizing, gathering information, and information monitoring Attention to detailFlexibility, adaptability, customer service orientationSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.
