Role Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Data and Analytics, the Data and Analytics Developer is a key member of the Data and Analytics team. The person in this role will support end-users and assist in developing SQL solutions designed to integrate on-premise and web hosted environments to provide analytics/reporting for the organization. This role will also require research and testing of new technologies to expand the company technology stack and help create a connected enterprise.

What you'll need:
Work Experience: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
Analytics/Computer Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly Excel); Visual Studio; SQL Server SSMS; understanding of CRUD operations; proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala; proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work collaboratively across the organization; flexible with changing demands and priorities.
Organization Skills: Very detail oriented, organized, and effective in team environments with mixed skill sets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff.
