What You'll Do:
- Support the assembly, integration, and test of aerospace hardware and flight systems
- Perform inspections and operational checkouts of completed systems
- Fabricate harnesses and cables, complete soldering tasks, and handle mechanical assembly
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
- Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and test instruments with precision
- Follow detailed procedures and safety protocols in all operations
- Collaborate across teams to meet tight deadlines and quality standards
- Document work completed and contribute to process improvements
What You Bring:
- 3--7 years of hands-on experience in aerospace, aviation, or similar mechanical environments
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools and inspection equipment
- Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and electrical drawings
- Solid communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to doing things right the first time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent training
- Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes
Work Schedule & Pay:
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Pay range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
