The Data & IT Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s day-to-day information technology, data management, and process improvement needs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position executes assigned IT projects, works closely with the organization’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) and software vendors, and supports staff in troubleshooting and system improvements. The Coordinator also helps maintain reliable, well-organized data by supporting data standards, quality assurance, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Provide day-to-day support for assigned IT functions and collaborate with the MSP to ensure responsive and high-quality help desk support to staff.
  • Manage assigned IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and contractors, including defining scope and requirements, coordinating implementation, supporting staff training and adoption, and monitoring and troubleshooting data and system issues.
  • Collaborate with communications and program teams and website vendors to support the technical operation and integration of organizational websites and CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate records of software, licenses, user access and permissions, and related documentation.
  • Work with organizational leadership and program teams to establish and maintain procedures, standards, and validation checks that support accurate, consistent, and timely data entry and management.
  • Develop customized and standardized reports and analyses in collaboration with program leaders, ensuring that outputs align with operational, grant, and decision-making needs.
  • Collaborate with the COO, contractors, and internal teams to improve workflows, strengthen data quality, and optimize the organization’s technology systems and processes.

 

Qualifications and Experience                                                                                                                               

  • Degree in a related field preferred; relevant education and experience will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting IT operations, business systems, data operations, or a related function.
  • Ability to administer an enterprise technology environment, including telecommunications, Office 365, and SaaS tools used for collaboration, marketing, outreach, and event management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong data literacy and systems thinking, and ability to work with diverse program and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into clear system requirements, workflows, data structures, validation rules, and reporting solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and independently use new tools and platforms.

Full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible.
