JOB TITLE: Data Architect

Scope of Services

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Design the vision and blueprint of an organization s data framework.
• Design and manage data systems, establish policies for how data is stored and accessed, coordinate various data sources within an organization, and integrate new data technologies into existing IT infrastructures.
• Perform data modeling and design, including software development and database administration.

Mandatory Expertise and/or Relevant Experience

• Ten (10)+ years of professional experience in data ecosystems, writing SQL queries, building ETL pipelines, and designing data architecture.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Prior experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) to modernize legacy data infrastructures.

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
