Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and PySpark to design and implement scalable enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms within cloud environments.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analytics teams, and architects to deliver high-performance data solutions that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable enterprise data architecture solutions
Build and manage modern Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms
Architect data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics
Develop and optimize data pipelines using PySpark
Implement ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration processes
Create data models for analytics and reporting requirements
Ensure data quality, governance, scalability, and security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements
Optimize performance for large-scale data processing environments
Provide technical leadership and best practices for cloud data architecture
Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric
Hands-on expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics
Strong programming experience with PySpark
Experience designing and implementing Data Lakes
Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and architecture
Expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and big data technologies
Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise data platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Capital Markets domain
Knowledge of modern BI and analytics platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading enterprise-level data initiatives
