Due to our globally expanding service offerings we are seeking top-talent to join our teams and grow with us.Location: Madison, WI or Chicago, IL (Remote will work) Type: ContractJob Description:Strong experience of implementing data product architecture for P&C insurance domainStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Requirement/Responsibilities:Understand enterprise data architecture and Data structures aligned with Azure/Snowflake services and conceptualize data products for Insurance domains - Customer, Claims, Policy etc.Experience on MS Fabric, Snowflake and Azure platform; sound knowledge on Datalake, Data Warehousing conceptsDrive domain-led data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) for P&C insurance, with accountability for shaping and delivering scalable, KPI-aligned data products.Experience in mapping data elements from Insurance workflow and applications to Operational Data Stores and Data WarehousingPartner with business, data engineering, and platform teams to enable Insights creation for delivering more valueSupport Azure-based data platforms and data products, optimizing models for performance, cost, and future extensibilityHands on experience in SQL, Python with proficiency in Data pipelines, Data engineering, and Reports/DashboardsWe are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
