Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer - Wilmington, DE

Duration: 6+ months (Onsite)

Seeking for a Data Architect/Senior Data Engineer to support the design, development and management of enterprise data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and management of the data infrastructure for the Data Lab.
• Assist in data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and optimization.
• Automate workflows to support real-time data access.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or cloud engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Experience with Azure or another cloud platform.
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government, public safety, or legal data environments.
• Certification in Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Security.
• Familiarity with GIS data, real-time streaming technologies, or Airflow.
