Description: As a Business Analyst within the team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer experience by identifying friction points, analyzing member interactions, and delivering actionable insights. This role spans three core functions: Insights: Analyze member calls, chats, and verbatim feedback to uncover trends and friction points. Develop presentations that outline issues, member impact, and recommendations for UX or process improvements. Collaborate with partner teams to implement solutions. On-Demand Requests (ODR): Support partner teams by monitoring new product or insurance launches and enhancements. Use dashboards and data analysis to assess member feedback and present findings that inform product and service improvements. Critical Response: Conduct rapid analysis during urgent events such as technical outages or natural disasters. Identify root causes of member issues and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution.

 

Required skills:

Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and analysis; experience using Power BI dashboards to explore member interaction data. Presentation & Communication: Strong skills in PowerPoint to synthesize insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-driven solutions. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with UX, product, and operations teams to drive improvements. Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, especially during critical incidents. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with session monitoring tools such as Datadog (or similar) is a plus; quick to learn
