We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights at scale, partnering with departments across the organization to support strategic decision-making.
Why This Role Matters:
You'll work directly with senior leadership - including the COO, SVPs, and VPs - to deliver high-impact insights. Your analysis will influence decision-making across multiple business functions and help improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets (tens of millions of rows) and deliver actionable insights across multiple business departments.
- Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using SQL, R, and Python.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure robust data modeling and consistency.
- Uphold standards for data integrity, analytics methodologies, and business insight communication.
- Translate complex data findings into executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
- Drive innovation in analytics tools and techniques - including AI - to keep Conservice at the forefront of data excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong critical and creative thinking skills - able to identify the right questions, push past surface-level findings, and deliver analysis that drives real decisions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying large-scale databases.
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analytics workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from big data across diverse business domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
