  • Direct daily activities of general contractors, electrical contractors, and equipment vendors.
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve risks.
  • Lead site meetings, inspections, and turnover activities for BTM systems.

Technical & Quality Oversight

  • Verify compliance with design documents, NEC/NESC codes, UL standards, and local permitting requirements.
  • Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and field changes related to BTM scopes.
  • Support commissioning, energization, and testing activities in coordination with operations and commissioning teams.
  • Maintain quality control and documentation standards through Procore or equivalent systems.

Budgeting & Contracts

  • Support BTM scope budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
  • Assist with RFPs, contractor selection, and review of change orders for BTM systems.
  • Identify cost, schedule, and risk mitigation opportunities throughout construction.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as primary point of contact for BTM construction coordination between internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure coordination between construction, commissioning, and operations for safe and reliable energization.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety on-site.

Risk, Safety, and Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and electrical safety standards, including medium-voltage and UPS safety protocols.
