Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a mission-critical hyperscale data center project. This senior role involves overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating trades, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining schedule performance on a large, fast-paced build.
Key responsibilities include project planning, team leadership, resource management, safety enforcement, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years supervisory experience on $50M+ projects, with a background in complex commercial, industrial, or technology facilities, especially hyperscale data centers.
Required skills include construction management, multi-trade coordination, scheduling, and safety standards. Must have a valid driver’s license.
