They are looking to bring on NOC Operations Managers and Facilities Operations Technicians at all levels and looking to move quickly with interviews. Facilities Operations Technician II – 1-3 years of experience
Learning systems and supporting work
Follows procedures and safety standards
Limited independent troubleshooting
Facilities Operations Technician III – 3-5 years of experience
Performs work independently
Troubleshoots systems and supports incidents
Owns equipment and tasks
Facilities Operations Technician IV – 5-7 years of experience with at least 1 year supervisor/leadership
Leads troubleshooting and incident response Writes procedures (MOPs/SOPs)
Acts as shift lead / escalation point
Report into Plant Manager
Facilities Operations Technician V – 7+ years of experience with SME in mechanical or electrical systems
