Manassas, VA
Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Data Center Facilities Technician to support critical infrastructure operations in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong experience with rack & stack, cabling, and hardware maintenance, this is a great opportunity to grow!
What You’ll Do
Rack, stack, and install servers, storage, and network hardware
Install & test copper and fiber cabling
Perform cable management to ensure performance and airflow
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and replace hardware components
Maintain accurate documentation of installations and changes
Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams
Ensure compliance with data center standards and safety protocols
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in data center operations (rack & stack)
Strong knowledge of server, storage & network hardware
Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
Familiar with DCIM tools & cable management best practices
Solid understanding of network protocols and topologies
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
