Candidates must have strong knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and advanced routing, switching, and load balancer expertise. Preferred certifications include CCNP-X, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, and F5 Solutions Expert. Required experience includes 3+ years as a NOC analyst and 5+ years in operations, with vendor management skills. Additional preferred skills involve Microsoft Server OS, network management tools, and scripting. The work schedule follows a 12-hour shift model with no on-call outside shifts.
