Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience operating and managing large-scale data center facilities, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience developing engineering, operations, and maintenance procedures for mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, systems, and facility operations.
- Experience reviewing technical designs, plans, and operational documentation.
- Ability to conduct site visits, facility assessments, and infrastructure inspections.
- Experience translating customer requirements into practical operational and technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and advisory support for the operation and maintenance of large-scale data center facilities.
- Develop, review, and improve engineering, operations, and maintenance procedures for mission-critical infrastructure.
- Support research and development initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on data center operations and facility design.
- Conduct design and engineering plan reviews to ensure compliance with operational, reliability, and industry standards.
- Perform site visits, facility assessments, and inspections to evaluate infrastructure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into functional engineering and operational solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems supporting data center operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams to optimize facility performance, reliability, and efficiency.
