Akkodis is seeking a Data Center Operations Coordinator (Administrative Lead) for a Contract job with a client in Pryor Creek, OK. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in workforce coordination, employee onboarding, administrative operations, and site support, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Rate Range: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Center Operations Coordinator (Administrative Lead) job responsibilities include:
Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, training schedules, access requests, and onboarding completion tracking.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing support for workforce-related questions and administrative needs.
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce compliance activities.
Coordinate employee training programs, development initiatives, and onboarding documentation.
Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and performance improvement initiatives.
Manage site administration tasks, including badge administration, security access requests, and record maintenance.
Schedule and facilitate recurring meetings, prepare reports, track action items, and communicate operational updates.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
5-7 years of experience in administrative support, workforce operations, HR coordination, office management, or operations support roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or equivalent business productivity tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in HR administration, recruiting coordination, staffing support, or employee relations.
Experience in data center, logistics, manufacturing, operations, or high-volume workforce environments.
Experience coordinating administrative projects and process improvements.
Familiarity with workforce reporting, compliance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.

Pay Details: $24.04 to $28.85 per hour
