Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong focus on Cloud Infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems, with a proven track record in cloud technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead infrastructure projects, ensure system reliability, and drive innovation in cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions that meet organizational needs.
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and enforce best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost management.
Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure.
Prepare and present reports on infrastructure performance and project status to management.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong experience in infrastructure management, including virtualization, networking, and storage solutions.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).
Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
Experience with monitoring and performance management tools.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on cloud technologies.
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
