Project ManagerThis nationally recognized general contractor delivers large-scale construction projects across multiple sectors, including mission-critical, industrial, and commercial builds. The Project Manager plays a key role in executing complex, multi-million-dollar builds, and the Project Manager is empowered to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. With significant data center experience, the company provides the Project Manager an opportunity to work on some of the region's most critical infrastructure projects.Lead all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout as a Project ManagerManage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly reportingDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedulesWrite and manage RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCollaborate closely with field teams to ensure schedule, cost, and quality objectives are metOversee subcontractor performance and resolve escalated issuesManage subcontractor agreements and closeout documentationEnsure effective use of labor, equipment, and materials within budget constraintsPartner with safety and quality teams to maintain compliance on siteCommunicate with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleTravel to project sites as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
