Data Center Security Shift Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Manager in Lewisville, Texas.

ATTENTION: The schedule for this position consists of 12-hour overnight shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, working Sunday through Tuesday nights, with every other Saturday included in the rotation

In this role, you will:

• Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk-based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security
• Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers
• Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
• Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
• Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ year of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ year of Leadership experience preferred
• Experience with CCTV and security monitoring systems is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with access control and video management platforms, particularly Lenel OnGuard and Verint.
• Strong communications skills.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position
