Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Contract Support Analyst to support our data center team. You will oversee multi-million dollar vendor contracts and oversee key facilities across New Jersey and New York. In this regional role, you will be the operational backbone for major data centers in Princeton, NJ, Dayton, NJ, Totowa, NJ, Piscataway, NJ, and Orangeburg, NY. You will primarily work at the site closest to you with minor travel to the other sites. This role combines team leadership with financial mastery. You will manage everyday office tasks. You will also guide financial tracking for one of our great CBRE accounts

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Sr Contract Support position is $80,000 annually or $38.46/hr and the maximum salary of $91,000 annually or 43.75/hr . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
