Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead all field operations for a major data center retrofit project.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and day-to-day construction activities.
- Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive safety, quality, and production goals throughout all phases of construction.
- Resolve field challenges proactively while maintaining project momentum.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the project team.
- Support successful project closeout and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight.
- Proven experience leading medium to large construction projects.
- Experience managing assistant superintendents and field personnel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to drive project success.
- Comfortable serving as the lead superintendent on complex work.
